Marketing Manager

Ready to shape the future of MedTech, working on an Amazon Web Services (AWS) based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform?

You will report directly to the VP Marketing and will help lead all demand generation activities for Axial3D, through various channels including emails, tradeshows, social, SEO and more. You will also be responsible for growing the Axial3D brand, helping create more awareness and positioning Axial3D as a leader in medical 3D printing. You will be working with experienced marketing and sales professionals in a highly collaborative environment that will personally help you succeed in this role. There is also potential for growth within this role and within the company.

The Company

Axial3D is headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland and provides solutions to over 300 hospitals, medical device manufacturers, and other healthcare companies around the world. Specializing in the delivery of 3D printed anatomical models and 3D visualizations and services to the healthcare sector, Axial3D provides machine learning-based solutions that support the integration of 3D patient-specific solutions into surgical care pathways and scaling patient-specific programs.︳

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns in line with marketing objectives and KPIs, and ensure that ROI is maximized from all campaign activity.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of marketing email campaigns (e.g. planning, building, scheduling, execution). Be the subject expert for marketing automation and best practices.
  • Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, website and collateral
  • Plan, implement and report on social media activity for the Axial3D brand
  • Develop tradeshows strategy and suggested budget
  • Coordinate logistics for events and trade shows, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials and pre- and post-event promotions and post-show reporting. Coordinate exhibit set-up, equipment and other related requirements.
  • Support partner activities for lead generation, events, press, etc.
  • Work with the sales and customer success teams to identify potential case studies
  • Provide sales support for CRM management and collateral requests
  • Manage all case studies and approvals
  • Work with quality and regulatory to ensure all marketing follows all processes and approvals
  • Create a monthly newsletter
  • Manage overall branding of the company. Ensure all guidelines are being followed.
  • Develop creative material including advertisement, brochures, email campaigns, social posts, product booklets, sales sheets, marketing booklets, monthly newsletter, trade show materials and booth design, etc.
  • Support our digital marketing agency for PPC and SEO activities, and manage campaigns
  • Support management with product related marketing requested including surveys, customer feedback forms and more


Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years experience in software or technical services B2B marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software, and all social media platforms

Inside Sales Representative

Axial3D is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative as our first step in building a team who will develop an early stage sales pipeline by working hand in hand with our marketing and sales teams. This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark at Axial3D and establish new capability that will be critical to our success and growth for years to come.

You will report directly to the VP Marketing and will assist in the creation of the Inside Sales function here at Axial3D. You will be directly responsible for following up on all leads, qualifying/disqualifying of leads, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn to find and engage in cold outreach. You will be working with experienced marketing and sales professionals in a highly collaborative environment that will personally help you succeed in this role. There is also potential for growth within this role and within the company.

The Role

Your responsibilities

  • Working with marketing and sales to assist in setting up the Inside Sales function at Axial3D and its role within the overall sales process

  • Delivering the required target of sales qualified leads on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and producing a high quality sales pipeline

  • Developing and qualifying leads generated through marketing activities such as events, webinars and social media outreach

  • Prospecting directly within hospital and OEM accounts to develop sales pipeline and meet the required sales qualified leads targets

  • Assisting marketing by building interest in Axial3D and helping drive attendance to relevant events and webinars


Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Development role within the technology or medtech sectors

  • Ability to build effective customer relationships and understand customer needs

  • Data driven and proficient using technology for company, buyer profiling and research, lead identification, buyer intent, such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SFDC or equivalent

  • Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation systems and extensions to capture customer interactions and outreach.

  • Analytical and a good planning skills with a sound understanding of sales processes and pipeline

  • Confident and comfortable contacting senior level prospects by phone

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a medical software or medical device company

  • Previous experience in an early or mid-stage company or business unit


Location

The preferred location for this role is Belfast, Northern Ireland but we are happy to consider other locations including the US depending on candidate quality and experience.

The Role

As a Product Manager you will be:

  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the product and iteratively improve it through several cycles.
  • Working closely with the wider Product team, and in line with Axial3D Product Strategy, to determine prioritisation - ensuring we are building the right things at the right time in response to the market and our user needs.
  • Developing an expert understanding of the users’ needs - Clinical, Patient and Operational and championing these in the delivery of your product.
  • Developing and prioritising a product backlog, scoping and writing user stories, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Deciding how a team’s time should be divided between new features, improvements to existing features, and operational support of a live product.
  • Engaging with users and stakeholders through a range of channels from early research to design validation.
  • Identifying and measuring what success looks like for your product and reporting against these to demonstrate value delivered to end users.
  • Managing and maintaining key Product documentation in line with ISO 13485 and Axial3D internal Quality Management System.
  • Driving quality and continuous improvement through the product delivery process.
  • Supporting the vision, roadmaps and delivery of other products in Axial3D.


Who you are

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate product management skills and experience. You will be an individual with strong interpersonal skills, who likes working in a delivery focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will be someone who takes pride in representing users and enjoys the challenge of promoting the products you and your team are developing and operating.


For this opportunity you should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience developing and releasing digital products with proficiency in agile product management techniques, such as user story writing, MVP definition and backlog prioritisation.
  • Thorough understanding of a variety of disciplines involved in digital delivery, including engineering, service design, performance analysis and user research, developed through working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience of engaging with users and using qualitative and quantitative data to identify how their needs can be met by products and services
  • Experience working in teams delivering SaaS or Cloud-based product(s).
  • Effective verbal, written and visual communication skills that you are able to tailor to the needs of the audience.


Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a medical software or medical device company.
  • Previous experience in teams delivering product(s) leveraging Machine Learning solutions.
  • Previous experience in an early or mid-stage company.
