You will report directly to the VP Marketing and will help lead all demand generation activities for Axial3D, through various channels including emails, tradeshows, social, SEO and more. You will also be responsible for growing the Axial3D brand, helping create more awareness and positioning Axial3D as a leader in medical 3D printing. You will be working with experienced marketing and sales professionals in a highly collaborative environment that will personally help you succeed in this role. Axial3D is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative as our first step in building a team who will develop an early stage sales pipeline by working hand in hand with our marketing and sales teams. This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark at Axial3D and establish new capability that will be critical to our success and growth for years to come.
You will report directly to the VP Marketing and will assist in the creation of the Inside Sales function here at Axial3D. You will be directly responsible for following up on all leads, qualifying/disqualifying of leads, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn to find and engage in cold outreach. You will be working with experienced marketing and sales professionals in a highly collaborative environment that will personally help you succeed in this role. The Role
Your responsibilities
Working with marketing and sales to assist in setting up the Inside Sales function at Axial3D and its role within the overall sales process
Delivering the required target of sales qualified leads on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and producing a high quality sales pipeline
Developing and qualifying leads generated through marketing activities such as events, webinars and social media outreach
Prospecting directly within hospital and OEM accounts to develop sales pipeline and meet the required sales qualified leads targets
Assisting marketing by building interest in Axial3D and helping drive attendance to relevant events and webinars
Requirements
Essential
Minimum of 2 years experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Development role within the technology or medtech sectors
Ability to build effective customer relationships and understand customer needs
Data driven and proficient using technology for company, buyer profiling and research, lead identification, buyer intent, such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SFDC or equivalent
Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation systems and extensions to capture customer interactions and outreach.
Analytical and a good planning skills with a sound understanding of sales processes and pipeline
Confident and comfortable contacting senior level prospects by phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
Previous experience working in a medical software or medical device company
Previous experience in an early or mid-stage company or business unit
Location
The preferred location for this role is Belfast, Northern Ireland but we are happy to consider other locations including the US depending on candidate quality and experience.
